Not a cookery school. A real Indian kitchen.

HIF began with the food Indian families actually cook at home. Our Kitchen Queens bring their own regional dishes, family techniques and kitchen secrets to every session.

You won’t stand at a workstation copying a demonstration. You cook beside us, ask questions, taste as you go and learn why something works, not just what the recipe says.

  • Real home cooks. Family recipes handed down through generations.
  • Regional food. From Bengal to Kerala to Punjab.
  • Small groups. Time at the stove for everyone.
  • Beginner friendly. Just bring an appetite.

Birthdays and anniversaries

A day they’ll actually remember. Learn family spice blends together and celebrate over a feast you cooked.

Curious food lovers

For anyone who’d rather understand tempering and spice than order another takeaway. Techniques you’ll use for life.

Friends, family and teams

A relaxed shared afternoon where the laptops stay closed and everyone cooks, tastes and talks over chai and fresh rotis.
